On the morning of June 28, a ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the People in Zhejiang Province to achieve economic stability and improve quality, promote the "two first" major projects and the construction of the second phase of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant. At the same time, it was learned on site that a total of 402 projects in Zhejiang Province participated in the centralized construction, with a total investment of 762 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 131.9 billion yuan.

It is reported that the centralized construction of the project arrangement has three characteristics. First, we gave priority to infrastructure. A total of 239 infrastructure projects, including urban development, industrial upgrading, rural agriculture, security and network infrastructure projects, were arranged, with a total investment of 442.2 billion yuan, or 82 billion yuan annually. Second, focusing on industrial transformation and upgrading, a total of 163 industrial projects, including advanced manufacturing, new materials, biomedics and digital economy, have been arranged, with a total investment of 319.8 billion yuan, or 49.9 billion yuan annually. Third, we focused on demonstration, guidance and drive, and continued to view development and heroes through projects. Among 402 projects, 14 were projects worth more than 10 billion yuan, with a total investment of 216.7 billion yuan, accounting for 28.4 percent.

It is worth mentioning that the Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant Phase II project, which participated in the centralized construction, obtained the "road" from the National Energy Administration in 2009 and had the approval conditions in 2016, and started today. It is the embodiment of multi-party efforts, and the construction of the project will help Zhejiang green low-carbon transformation and high quality economic and social development.

Centering on the goal of building a moderately prosperous society at a high level and promoting socialist modernization at a high level, Zhejiang organized 9 times of centralized construction activities and started the construction of 5257 major projects. Up to now, a total investment of 3.8 trillion yuan has been completed and 2,438 projects have been completed, driving the average growth of the fixed asset investment of the whole society in Zhejiang over 8%. These projects in infrastructure, major industries, and people's livelihood have started in earnest, giving strong support to the development of demonstration zones and key Windows for common prosperity.
