We will strengthen collaborative innovation in the industrial chain, strengthen the value of data elements, and encourage enterprises to use digital means to improve the creation, application, protection and management of intellectual property rights. We will give full play to the active role of leading enterprises, innovation platforms and research institutions, accelerate the digital transformation of the industry, and realize the agglomeration, sharing and utilization of information, knowledge and innovation resources. We will deepen innovation and application of next-generation information technology, vigorously develop "Internet plus consumer goods" to meet people's needs in health, medical care, elderly care, child care, home furnishing, and other areas, accelerate the development of green, smart, and innovative products, and upgrade consumption with quality supply.

Promote digital R&D and design to promote product iteration and update. We will continue to promote the construction of industrial design centers and creative design clusters in the consumer goods sector, gather R&D and design resources of the industry, and improve the level of digital design in the industry. It encourages the development and application of design tools and industrial software with proprietary intellectual property rights, promotes the establishment of databases of creative design processes, patterns and materials, and promotes the application of new models such as crowdsourcing design, collaborative design, cloud design and user participation in design. Build a digital intelligent design public service platform featuring multi-party participation and win-win cooperation, and realize the network convergence and sharing of design tools, models and talents.

We will improve standards, certification and labeling systems for green products, and accelerate market supply of green products. We will actively expand green consumption scenarios, encourage the development of new modes of recycling and sharing services based on "Internet +" and "intelligent +", and enhance the efficiency of green transformation and development of the industry.

Strengthen digital transformation to enable enterprises to improve quality and efficiency. We will encourage industries to speed up digital transformation, guide enterprises to focus on key production and operation and maintenance links, and create digital scenarios such as R&D design, production control, equipment operation and maintenance, remote services, and supply chain management. We will encourage enterprises to accelerate intelligent upgrading, promote the application of key technologies and core equipment such as industrial apps, smart sensors, machine vision, and automatic control, and improve modern management, production safety and resource allocation efficiency.
